Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The grades open are attaché, attaché principal, ingénieur and ingénieur principal. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.

- Very good knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Knowledge of public contracts and budget processes
- Very good written and spoken skills, able to summarise

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

- Regular travel: must be on each central kitchen site at least once every 15 days
