Diploma: Bac+3 to bac+5, ideally in mechanical engineering
Experience: Management experience in a technical environment, ideally mechanical.
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 to bac+5 with management experience in a technical environment.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and road maintenance machinery is desirable.
- Ability to lead, motivate a team and handle conflicts.
- Ability to organise, coordinate projects and make decisions.
- Full driving licence (permis B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
