Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because a category C grade is open for this job. Open grades are: adjoint technique, technicien and their senior grades.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BAC +2 (BTS/DUT) in building, maintenance or civil engineering
Experience: Experience in building maintenance or technical operations required
The profile they look for:

- Strong technical knowledge of all trades, mainly maintenance
- Skills in technical management tools (CMMS, GMAO)
- Knowledge of public procurement
- Ability to analyse quotes technically and financially
- Planning and prioritising of work

A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
