Civil servants from the category B job group can apply. Contract staff can also be hired by exception, without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Supervise, train and assess large teams spread across several sites.
- Organise staff tasks and working time.
- Handle emergency situations.
- Write notes and reports.
- Lead team meetings or meetings with partners.
- Know hygiene and safety rules and the education system.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
