Diploma: Bac+3 minimum or equivalent, training in journalism and/or communication

- Know local authorities and the local environment
- Master writing for social media
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Be able to lead and work in a team across departments
- Be able to handle stress and urgent work
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
