Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. Passing a competitive exam is not required.

Experience: Experience in a local public library is appreciated.

- Good command of digital tools and mediation technologies.
- Experience running projects and leading partnerships.
- Ability to manage a team and support change.
- Public service ethos and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
