Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly at a category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in collective catering or food trades, or catering experience
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP (level 3) in collective catering or food trades, or catering experience.
- Apply food hygiene and safety rules.
- Identify children's nutritional needs.
- Pass on instructions, check activity and report back.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
