Civil servants of the local public service and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Experience: At least 24 months in collective catering.

- HACCP training is mandatory.
- Experience or a real ability to lead a team.
- Rigour and good organisation.
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to react quickly to unexpected situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
