This job is mainly for civil servants of the agents de maîtrise group, or people who passed the matching competition or professional exam. A person who is not a civil servant can also be hired as a contract worker.

Diploma: CAP, BEP or Bac pro in cooking, or equivalent
Experience: Proven experience in catering kitchen production and team management

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
