Civil servants of the engineer grade can apply, and so can contract agents. A contract agent may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Confirmed technical engineering background
- Experience running technical equipment and installations
- Managing and supporting technical teams
- Good knowledge of public contracts and technical purchasing
- Financial management and budget monitoring
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
