Diploma: Bac+3 minimum, and/or work experience related to the duties
Experience: Experienced

- Know French and EU rules on food quality
- Know administrative procedures and public contracts
- Have experience managing a team
- Have knowledge of food microbiology
- Good writing skills and ability to summarise
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
