Diploma: At least bac+3, or work experience related to the job
Experience: Confirmed experience

- Know French and EU rules on food quality
- Know food microbiology and food products
- Know administrative procedures and public procurement
- Have experience managing a team
- Show rigour, autonomy and good writing skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
