The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the legal and financial framework of local authorities.
- Sense of public service and discretion.
- Ability to lead, organise and manage projects.
- Good office software skills and management tools.
- Good speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate outside contractors.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
