Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7), in computing or information processing.
Experience: Experienced: at least 5 years supporting the rollout of digital services.
The profile they look for:
- At least 5 years' experience rolling out digital services or digital transformation.
- Higher education, ideally in engineering or a technical field.
- Good knowledge of digital identity and electronic identification in healthcare.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
- Very good interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Autonomy and rigour to manage several topics at once.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
