- Regulatory knowledge, especially the Environmental Code
- Technical knowledge of water and aquatic environments
- Management skills and a sense of organisation
- Good computer skills and GIS mapping (QGis)
- Good oral and written communication, and ability to summarise
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
