Diploma: Bachelor's degree (level 6), law or political science

- Know labour law and the legal framework
- Be able to lead and manage a team
- Be able to run a project and build an action plan
- Be able to reconcile opposing positions or interests
- Be able to write administrative documents
- Master office tools and software
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
