Territorial civil servants at Attaché or Attaché principal grade can apply. A contract worker can also be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 13 days)
Send your application by email to the Department’s human resources office, or by post, quoting reference 26/171. You can also use the employer’s website linked from the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
