Category A civil servants (permanent staff) and contract workers, the latter by exception. A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: No diploma required; examples include a licence or master in education sciences, management, social sciences, DEIS, CAFDES, CAFERUIS, DEJEPS or DESJEPS.
Experience: Experienced; similar role preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Strong management skills and good dialogue.
- Knowledge of social issues and CAF schemes.
- Experience consulting residents, elected officials and partners.
- Skills in project management and managing change.
- Very good writing skills.
- Availability in the evenings.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
