Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The open grades are Animateur, Attaché and Rédacteur.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Proven management skills and ability to bring people together.
- Knowledge of local authorities and the legal framework.
- Knowledge of youth programmes and of institutional and association partners.
- Ability to set objectives and run a project.
- Good office software skills.
- Good listening skills, tact and rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
