Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Expert level required; experience in group catering and/or team management.
The profile they look for:
- Experience in group catering and/or team management.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety rules and the HACCP method.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and stock management.
- Skills in office software and schedule planning.
- Independence, rigour, organisation and sense of responsibility.
- Good people skills, listening, teaching ability and teamwork.
