Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac+4 or bac+5 in economics, trade, marketing or local development
Experience: Experienced candidate

- Bac+4 or bac+5 degree in economics, trade, marketing or local development
- Experience as town centre manager, shopping centre manager or shop developer
- Good project management skills
- Knowledge of how local authorities work
- Independence, good people skills and initiative
- Available with flexible hours
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
