Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the librarian grade. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

- Good knowledge of cultural policies and public reading issues.
- Experience running cultural projects and service development projects.
- Ability to design, carry out and assess a public policy.
- Management skills and ability to coordinate a network of staff and volunteers.
- Administrative and budget monitoring skills.
- Good knowledge of local government environment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence (permit B) required, as travel within the area is needed.
- Based 50% in Le Molay-Littry and 50% in Isigny-sur-Mer.
- Remote work possible.
- Contribution to health and provident insurance, meal vouchers and CNAS.
