Open to civil servants in engineer grades and to contract staff. A contract worker can be hired only if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+5 in computing, statistics, data science or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Master's degree (bac+5) in computing, statistics, data science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of GDPR, architectures and databases
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and open data
- Project management and leading working groups
- Knowledge of how a local authority works
- Rigorous, good at teaching, analytical and proactive
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
