Civil servants of the territorial civil service and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac + 3 minimum in the book and library field
Experience: Proven experience in a media library and in management
The profile they look for:
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Good knowledge of library science.
- Very good skills with computer tools, including the library management system (SIGB).
- Knowledge of local authority rules and the territorial civil service.
- Public service mindset, rigour and autonomy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Works one Saturday in two and sometimes evenings.
- Based in Lunel, with travel within the area and sometimes outside it.
- Driving licence (permis B) essential.
