Civil servants at senior engineer grade can apply, as can contract staff. People recognised as disabled workers can also join through a contract.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+5 appreciated: master's in civil engineering or public project management
Experience: Expert level; at least 3 to 5 years in asset management, project management or property maintenance
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of all building trades
- Knowledge of public building rules, fire safety and accessibility
- Skill in running building projects
- Project management and priority planning
- Public service mindset and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 23 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the employer, quoting the job reference. You can also apply on the employer's site from the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
