Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The job is open to the technician, principal technician first class and principal technician second class grades of the territorial civil service.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Vocational bac in building, BTS or DUT in building or public works, or professional licence in site management
Experience: Team management experience of at least 3 years, a plus

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
