Civil servants at engineer or principal engineer grade can apply, as can contract agents. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Engineering diploma in civil engineering or structures
The profile they look for:
- Engineering diploma in civil engineering or structures
- Strong skills in reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and strength of materials
- Good project management and knowledge of public procurement rules
- Able to lead a team and work across departments
- Rigour, method, analysis, listening and adaptability
- Driving licence category B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
