Open to civil servants and contract staff. The grades concerned are territorial attaché or engineer, and higher grades.

The profile they look for:

Know the legal rules of public procurement.
Know how European funds are allocated.
Know the FEADER multi-year programme.
Be able to manage a team and lead meetings.
Use MapInfo and QGIS software.
Show rigour, autonomy and analytical skills.

2 Résumé and cover letter

A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
