Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint administratif grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Proven experience in financial and accounting management, ideally in the public sector.
The profile they look for:
- Master public accounting software and CIRIL M57.
- Know public tenders and local authority finance rules.
- Experience in administrative management (purchase orders, contracts).
- Analyse and summarise financial data.
- Be rigorous, organised and responsible.
- Have good people skills and a team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall, addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
