Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Master general and management accounting.
- Know the public procurement code and public accounting rules.
- Design and manage financial dashboards.
- Work independently and be able to manage a team.
- Have a sense of responsibility and rigor.
- Have good interpersonal and writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
