Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C (adjoint administratif).
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate required.
The profile they look for:
- Good command of office software and IT tools.
- Knowledge of public accounting rules (M57) and public procurement.
- Able to organise your work and meet regulatory deadlines on your own.
- Good listening skills, teamwork and a taste for working with people.
- Rigour, precision, and ability to analyse and summarise.
- Respect for confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
