- Able to lead a team and manage a service
- Good contact with the public and conflict handling
- Rigour, attention and vigilance
- Knowledge of waste disposal and recovery channels, especially REP
- Team spirit and ability to make proposals
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
