Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C. Contract recruitment is also possible for recognised disabled workers.

- Be rigorous and organised.
- Master catering techniques, products and equipment.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and environmental standards are met.
- Have proven skills in leading and motivating a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Service housing provided for absolute service needs: 90 m² F4 flat.
- On-call duties (astreintes) are to be expected.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 14:45.
- Remote work is not possible.
