Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. For CHU staff applying through internal mobility, only civil servants (excluding trainees) or contract staff present for more than one year can apply. If you already hold a post, you must have held it for at least 2 years.

Diploma: Bac to BTS in hotel and restaurant studies
The profile they look for:
- Bac to BTS level in hotel and restaurant studies.
- Knowledge of diet regimes.
- Knowledge of regulations, the HACCP method and hygiene and safety rules.
- Knowledge of collective catering production technology, especially cooking equipment.
- Good use of office software and the Cocina software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
