Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

Diploma: Higher education in communication, graphic design or image trades

- Higher education in communication, graphic design or image trades
- Strong skills in Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital tools
- Good visual sense, creativity and strong writing skills
- Organised and rigorous, able to manage several projects and deadlines
- Good teamwork and people skills
- Discreet, good analytical skills and public service values
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Bonus pay (IFSE and CIA), a 13th month salary and help with health insurance.
- Open on the administrative assistant grades (category C).
