  • Driving licence category B required; electrical certifications welcome.
  • Good knowledge of ERP (public building) rules and safety standards.

What you would do

  • Manage, maintain and secure the town's buildings.
  • Lead the technical team in-house and join field work.
  • Take part in the on-call (astreintes) rota.
  • Set up a computerised maintenance management system (GMAO) linked to existing tools.
  • Run in-house project management for works up to 100,000 € excl. VAT.
