Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The grades open are agent de maîtrise, agent de maîtrise principal, technicien and technicien principal (1st and 2nd class).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service rules.
- Knowledge of the public procurement code and its procedures.
- Knowledge of all building trades and public works.
- Ability to manage a budget.
- Rigour, organisation and a sense of public service.
- Autonomy, responsiveness and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- The post may include acting as Technical Services Director if needed.
