Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Bac or bac+2, or equivalent experience

- Good knowledge of national and local reference data
- Knowledge of EPR schemes and their eco-organisations
- Knowledge of how local authorities work
- Good people skills, listening skills and rigour
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
