Diploma: Bac+2 to bac+5 in roads, networks, public works or civil engineering
Experience: Proven experience in a local authority or in works

- Knowledge of road rules and public procurement.
- Knowledge of urban water systems is a plus.
- Driving licence B.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
