Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Civil servants must have their line manager's opinion written on the form.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's site, starting from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Attach the completed and signed mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time: 38 hours per week, with clock-in system.
- No remote work. Travel possible in mainland France and overseas.
- Physically demanding: long periods standing, noisy environment.
- Military environment. Post vacant from 01/10/2026.
