The profile they look for:
- State diploma in early childhood, social/medical care, or animation.
- Know young children (0-6 years), independent childminders and parents.
- Know child development and the rules that apply to the RPE.
- Master facilitation and group dynamics techniques.
- Be adaptable, autonomous and discreet at work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
