Diploma: Fine arts, art school or master's in artwork management and exhibition setup
Experience: At least 5 years in setting up contemporary art exhibitions and/or managing an ERP venue
The profile they look for:
- Training in fine arts, art school or artwork management.
- At least 5 years in exhibition setup or managing an ERP venue.
- Solid technical knowledge: construction, lighting, video, sound.
- Knowledge of rules on protecting artworks.
- Ability to coordinate a team and manage service providers.
- Autonomy, responsiveness and stress management.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Occasional work on weekends and public holidays.
- Presence at openings and some events.
- Driving licence B required.
- Full time: 39 hours a week, 25 days of leave and 22 RTT days.
