- Be a territorial civil servant or public-law contract worker
- General building maintenance knowledge is a plus
- Public service spirit, teamwork and initiative
- Rigour, organisation, independence and versatility
- Driving licence category B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00
- Driving licence category B required
- Electrical authorisation BR preferred
- Venue management training provided, beginners accepted
