Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 23 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer page. The text also asks you to send a cover letter and a CV by post to the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Deadline: the offer gives 22/11/2026, but the text asks for the letter before 21/08/2026. Check the date with the employer.
- The job is vacant from 22/07/2026. This is not a confirmed start date.
- The duties and the profile sought are not filled in on the offer.
