Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal de 2nd class and Technicien principal de 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: CAP or vocational Bac in building, hygiene or green spaces (BEP + CAP also accepted)
Experience: Proven experience, in the same type of role or in a technical role
The profile they look for:
- CAP or vocational Bac in building, hygiene or green spaces
- Solid knowledge of technical maintenance and routine building upkeep
- Good knowledge of workplace health and safety rules
- Ability to bring people together and pool skills
- Able to organise work independently and work well in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
