Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of animateur, animateur principal 2nd class and animateur principal 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 to bac+3 in teaching, psychology or social work
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 to bac+3 in teaching, psychology or social work.
- Good knowledge of urban policy and the educational success programme.
- Knowledge of project management and running group work.
- Ability to design, run and evaluate an educational project.
- Rigorous, organised, available and committed to public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 12 (Closes in 12 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer. The application (CV and cover letter) is sent to the President of Saintes Grandes Rives.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time: 17.5 hours out of 35.
- Contract of up to 3 years for contract staff, renewable up to 6 years.
