Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open to administrative grades, including an entry-level category C grade that allows hiring without a competitive exam.
Category: Category B (intermediate)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
