Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Know the local government and local authority environment.
- Know the sports clubs and federations sector.
- Know the rules for public buildings (ERP), accessibility and safety of facilities.
- Be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Be autonomous, rigorous and good at explaining.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 8 (Closes in 40 days)
Send your cover letter and CV by email to the town hall, with « Candidature offre Référent Sports » in the subject line. You can also apply through the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
