Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because an entry-level category C grade is open.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of local government and sports policies
- Knowledge of local actors (youth, social, prevention, job integration)
- Project management and socio-sports facilitation skills
- Mastery of popular education teaching methods
- Ability to engage teenagers and young adults
- Good oral communication and conflict management skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor, preferably by email to the address given in the offer, or by post. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
