Diploma: Bac to bac+2/3 in hydraulics, civil engineering, environment or risk management
Experience: Experience in water, environment, civil engineering or infrastructure maintenance

- Strong writing, analysis and summary skills.
- Rigour and good organisation.
- Able to handle emergencies (floods, structure failures).
- Good interpersonal skills and computer skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
